93% of home buyers seek vastu-compliant homes
Housing.com survey included a mix of personal interviews, structured questionnaires conducted with a sample size of 328 individuals
Raghavendra Kamath Mumbai About 93% of home buyers are seeking vastu compliant homes, said a new survey.
According to a study released by online portal Housing.com, four out of every 5 prospective home buyers would like to know the Vastu of the property, even before physically checking the property.
The consideration set for Vastu are ‘Direction’ (33%), ‘Set up and Arrangement’ (30%), ‘Positive Impact’ (20%) and ‘Ventilation/Flow of Energy’ (17%).
It included a mix of personal interviews and structured questionnaires conducted with a sample size of 328 individuals including brokers, architects and builders across eight cities, namely Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Patna, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Bangalore.
