For 58-year old Vijay S Mehta, credit cards are not just plastic money but a passion of sorts. In his long career spanning three decades, as a banker with ANZ Grindlays, Mehta realised that credit cards were the way of the future. As early as the late-80s Mehta was convinced that India would emerge as one of the most exciting plastic money markets in the world over the next two decades.
In 1994 he quit his job with the bank and set up the Credit Card Management Consultancy (CCMC) in Udaipur
