Speaking on the sidelines of Madras Management Association’s All India Management Students Convention here on Friday, Mittu Chandilya, chief executive officer, Air Asia India said, “If everything goes well, we will commence operations by December or January.”

Three hundred people have been recruited so far and they are training in Malaysia across all the verticals.

He noted, each plane will have 90-100 people.
