Archana Bhargava new CMD of United Bank of India

United Bank of India (UBI) today said Archana Bhargava has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of the bank.
"Archana Bhargava, Executive Director, Canara Bank, has been appointed ... As Chairman & Managing Director of the Bank with effective from the date of her taking over the charge till February 20, 2015 or until further orders, whichever is earlier," the bank said in a filing on the BSE.
In a separate filing on the BSE, Canara Bank said Bhargava took charge as the CMD of United Bank of India on April 23, 2013.
"Archana Bhargava, Executive Director, Canara Bank, has been appointed ... As Chairman & Managing Director of the Bank with effective from the date of her taking over the charge till February 20, 2015 or until further orders, whichever is earlier," the bank said in a filing on the BSE.
In a separate filing on the BSE, Canara Bank said Bhargava took charge as the CMD of United Bank of India on April 23, 2013.
