B & L Registers 20% Growth After Split

In the last one year, Bausch & Lomb Eyecare India has grown 20 per cent in terms of turnover which was around Rs 75 crore and by nearly 5 points as far as market share is concerned. The results are encouraging in view of the fact that barely one year back, the sunglasses (Ray-Ban, Killer Loop etc) business of the company was hived off in India as well as in its other international markets.

The improved results in India have been achieved as a result of a well-thought out human resource strategy chalked out by the company in Delhi. Says Bausch & Lomb EyeCare India
