Balrampur Chini buys back 3.4 mn shares

The Balrampur Chini (sugar) Mills Limited has bought back as on date 3,441,536 equity shares through BSE and NSE for a total consideration of approximately Rs 24 crore.

This represents 21.82 per cent of the Buy Back size of Rs 110 crore, according to a public notice put up by Company Secretary.

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd is one of the largest integrated sugar manufacturing companies in India.
