BGR Energy bags Rs 16cr order from Maithon Power

Engineering equipment supplier BGR Energy said it has bagged a contract worth Rs 15.5 crore from Maithon Power at Jharkhand for engineering related works.  

In a filing to the BSE, BGR said it has bagged an order to supply a large water system from Maithon Power, which is to be commissioned by March 2010.  

Maithon Power is a joint venture company of Tata Power and Damodar Valley Corporation, the filing added.
