Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) has refuted BSNL's allegation on non-payment of dues and charged the PSU with delaying signing of agreement for interconnection under the Unified Access Service License (UASL).

"TTSL, after migrating to the UASL regime, has been continuously following up with BSNL headquarters for the execution of such revised agreements. However, our officials were not given time to discuss and finalise the revised agreements. It is surprising that now BSNL plans not to provide further point of interconnections citing absence of an agreement under UASL, which we have been continuously requesting up for over a year now," the company has said.
