Casa Grande is a real estate company based out of Chennai started in year 2004, with spreads to Coimbatore and Bangalore. Casa Grande has developed 2.5 Million sq.ft across 32 projects and has a projected pipeline of Rs 1,000crores for this fiscal.
The proposed luxury apartment project is a 2.4 Lakh sq.ft apartment complex with all lifestyle amenities and features coming up in Thoraipakkam, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai.
Arun Kumar, Founder and Managing Director, Casa Grande Private Limited said that Avenue Venture partner has invested at project level and the Project is strategically located in Thoraipakkam which is the most sort-out locations on OMR.
