Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) forthcoming exposition on air conditioning and refrigeration 'Coolex 2014' would focus on energy efficient and green products.
"The objective of CII and the 16 participating companies would be to showcase the new range of eco-friendly products proven for lower emission and reduced carbon footprint," CII UP State Council head Sachin Agarwal said here.
The four-day event would start on April 4 and feature Hitachi, Godrej, IFB, Daikin, Electrolux, Llyod, Voltas, Carrier, Whirlpool, Panasonic etc.
Lucknow upcountry market alone accounts for almost 40% and 25% of the consolidated AC and electronics market respectively in eastern Uttar Pradesh. CII is confident of getting good response following improved market sentiments and economic growth prospects going forward.
