Cognizant Eyes Consultancy Buy

The New Jersey-based Cognizant Technology Solutions is betting on value-added consultancy and expects to acquire a consultancy firm, either in the US or Europe, by the end of this fiscal.

Cognizant, which has 11 development centres in India and one near-shore development centre in Ireland, also said that its recent upward revenue guidance was largely owing its three big projects in the US.
