Datamatics Global Services, a global IT and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organisation, is setting up a Centre of Excellence at Puducherry next month. This will be the company’s fifth delivery centre in the country and third in south India after Chennai and Bangalore.
The Puducherry centre will have a seating capacity of 700 people and will primarily deliver the Online, Publishing and Retail Solutions (OPRS). The OPRS division of Datamatics delivers a wide range of skill-based services and IT-based solutions, ranging from digital publishing and online content services to IT based content management, eBooks, web application and analytics, mobile applications development and ecommerce solutions.
