In February, DIAL, a subsidiary of Bengaluru-based GMR Infrastructure, had entered into an agreement to sell its stake of 26 per cent in the Delhi Cargo Service Centre, at the airport.
DIAL sold 10,920,000 shares with a face value of Rs 10 each at Rs 26.2 a share to India Infrastructure Fund-II on Monday, GMR Infrastructure said in a filing to the BSE.
GMR Infrastructure runs the Delhi airport. At the close of trading on the BSE on Tuesday, its stock closed 1.5 per cent lower at Rs 16 a share.
