| Announcing the acquisition today, the Dishman said the acquisition will boost Dishman's contract manufacturing business from Carbogen customers. |

| Dishman acquired the shares and assets of Carbogen Amcis, through its wholly owned subsidiary namely Dishman Pharma Solutions ( DPS AG ) on 22nd August, 2006. |
