DLF buys back 2.11 mn shares so far

India's leading real estate company, DLF has informed stock exchanges that its announcement to buy back its shares from the open market is on stream. The company has bought back 5,000 shares on December 12 at an average share price of Rs 267.09, it said.

The company has appointed JM Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd as brokers for the buyback arrangement.

The cumulative equity shares bought as on December 12 was 21,15,767.
