Educomp's information and communication technology (ICT) Division Edureach has added 540 government schools to their existing portfolio of 10,550 schools under ICT implementation across India.
According to a BSE announcement, Educomp Edureach has received the Letter of Intent (LoI) on March 9 from the Director Education (Secondary & Higher Secondary Education), Government of Maharashtra for the implementation of ICT@Schools Project - Phase 2 in two regions - Nasik and Latur. The total worth of thr order is Rs 67.93 crore.
The project will be implemented in build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) model for a period of five years including supply and maintenance of computer hardware, software and lab accessories, training of school teachers, among other things.
