Ensure Clean Accounts, Nasscom Tells Members

At a time when the world has been rocked with a series of frauds by the corporate world, the National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom) has written to its members asking them to ensure adherence to good governance practices, including compliance with accounting norms.

According to Sunil Mehta, vice-president, Nasscom, the apex software association is asking its member companies to follow transparent accounting practices for inter-company transactions.
