The Company has initiated relevant steps and procedures for obtaining various clearances and permissions from concerned departments for the above project.
In this regard, it has entered into an 'Agreement to Sell' for the purchase of land at Jatwar (Chandia), in Umaria district of the state earlier this month. The company's share at the BSE today closed at Rs 574.90, down 0.44 per cent from the previous day.
So far the company has primarily been in the business of construction/development of highways, railways, power plant, airports, urban infrastructure and housing etc. The Company is now expanding its horizon in power sector.
