Essel Propack Ltd, which manufactures quality laminates, laminated tubes and plastic tubes, will invest Rs 100 crore for its new plant at Danville in North America, foundation stone of which was laid on Monday.
The facility is being readied following a five-year contract with FMCG giant, Procter & Gamble in the USA for serving 100 percent of their North American requirements.
Essel Propack also plans to start up production in its latest plant by the first quarter of 2003.

The plant will also generate employment opportunities to nearly 80 people and expected to boost the revenue of Essel Propack by a large amount, during next year.
