Arjun Sharma, the former head of Sita World and managing director of Select Holiday Resorts, has appointed Ernst & Young to help him chart out his future plans. He has put together a kitty of Rs 300 crore which he plans to utilise in acquisitions and mergers in the travel and tourism industry and also in the hospitality sector.
