G M Rao is executive chairman of GMR Infra

The board of directors of Bangalore-headquartered infrastructure major GMR Infrastructure Ltd has accorded approval for the appointment of G M Rao as executive chairman of the company for five years, with effect from October 18. It has also approved the appointment of Vijaya Mohan Ram, independent director and S Sandilya, independent director as additional directors.
