Gitanjali Gems acquires remaining 10% stake in Giantti Italia

Gitanjali Gems has acquired the remaining 10% stake of Giantti Italia SRL, a Company based in Milan, Italy. The company has acquired the stake from Ambio SRL on 16 June. By virtue of this acquisition, Giantti Italia SRL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Gitanjali Gems.

Gitanjali Gems said the acquisition is aimed at growth of the branded jewellery business overseas and gaining the designing and branding concepts expertise from Italy.
