Godrej Properties Limited, one of the fastest growing brands in the real estate development in the organised sector, has selected Chandigarh for its maiden project north of Delhi. Godrej Properties, the flagship brand of Godrej Industries, would invest about Rs 200 crore for a project ‘Godrej Eternia’ meant for commercial and office space in Chandigarh. According to Managing Director of Godrej Properties Limited, Milind Korde the Godrej Eternia would be spread over 4.04 acres and offer a development size of 6,80,000 square feet.
