Gsm Mobile Players See 6% Churn Rate In Last Two Months

GSM mobile players are seeing an unprecedented churn rate of six per cent for the last two months, double than the average monthly churn of between 2-3 per cent last year.

The customer churn has been very high even as the cellular subscriber base crossed 13.3 lakh in April, 2003. The monthly additions were to the tune of 6,47,516 subscribers in April, 2003.
