IT firm HCL Infosystems today said its consolidated net profit rose by 3.44 per cent to Rs 60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, over the same period last year.
Net sales of the company declined to Rs 2,814.50 crore for the third quarter ended March 31, from Rs 2,990.63 crore in the same period last year, HCL Infosystems said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The board has proposed a third interim dividend at Rs 2 per share on the face value of Rs 2 each for the year 2009-2010.
For the nine month ended March 31, the company has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 175 crore, up 2.44 per cent over the same year-ago period.
