IT services provider HCL Technologies today said its Vice-Chairman Vineet Nayar has sold his 0.146 per cent stake in the company for Rs 42.73 crore.
Nayar has divested his 0.146 per cent stake in the company by selling 10 lakh shares, held under the family trust on December 7, HCL Technologies said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Prior to the transaction, Nayar held 0.395 per cent stake in the IT major, which has now reduced to 0.249 per cent.
The company share was trading at Rs 430.30 in the early trade, up 0.28 per cent from previous close on the BSE.
