Hinduja Global buys Deloitte healthcare BPO

Business process outsourcing firm Hinduja Global Solutions said its US subsidiary had entered into an agreement with Deloitte Consulting LLP and Deloitte Consulting Extended Business Services LLC to acquire the healthcare back office business of the consulting firm. Though the size of the deal is not known, the transaction is expected to give revenue of $11 million, the company said.
