Hinduja Group's BPO arm Hinduja Global Solutions today announced the expansion of its top management team with the induction of Srinivas Palakodeti as chief financial officer and Anthony Joseph as global head, human resources.
Sridhar Krishnamurthy has been inducted as global head- strategic initiatives, a company release said.
The new appointees would be a part of the core group, which is responsible for the overall corporate strategic planning.
Srinivas Palakodeti has held various positions in the Hinduja Group before taking up his new role, it said. Anthony Joseph prior to taking up his new role as global head-human resources in Hinduja Global Solutions has worked with DCM Shriram Group, it said.
Sridhar Krishnamurthy was serving as the Global Operations-Head at 3i Infotech, it said.

I am sure they will drive forward our unrelenting focus on building customer value and maintain our track-record of financial excellence and business prudence," Hinduja Global Solutions CEO Partha De Sarkar said.
The company currently employs over 16,000 people worldwide and has 20 global delivery centres. It had reported revenues of $196 million in 2009-2010, the statement added.
