Indiabulls, developers host property show to boost sales in Gandhinagar

A group of 11 developers will be making special offers such as assured gift on registration for visitors

After Ahmedabad, now developers from Gandhinagar join hands with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd to host a property show for the capital city.

In a bid to boost the slowing business, a group of 11 such developers will be making special offers such as assured gift on registration for visitors as part of the property show.

Organised by Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd., the three day property show - AWAAS - will see nearly 35 residential and commercial projects on display. The Gandhinagar city currently has over 55-60 such projects coming up.

While currently 40% of real estate consumers in Gandhinagar are from Ahmedabad, an exclusive property show in the capital city of Gujarat is aimed at tapping end users as well as investors from both the cities.

"There is a huge potential that one could tap from among the pool of end users within Gandhinagar. However, the property show will also help us in conversions in terms of a second home or investment from among the visitors from Ahmedabad," said Tarun Verma, managing director of Swagat Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

The other 10 developers include the likes of Shree Rang Nanocity, Sthapan Infra Project, Vrundavan Residency II, L. K Developers, Kesarinandan Vatika Residential Plots, Akshar Villa, Upasana Infra Project Pvt. Ltd., Shree Real Estate Developers, Devnandan Group, and Sahjanand.

The event aims to provide complete home buying solutions to its visitor's right from a wide array of properties to choose from including special exclusive offers from builders to on spot loan sanction facility and pre approval of home loans from Indiabulls Home Loans which has also introduced a limited period offer on processing fee of flat Rs 999 for visitors at the show.

Moreover, developers also intend to boost registrations for properties during the show by offering freebies like 20 gm gold coin and modular kitchen, among others.

Meanwhile, apart from marketing Gandhinagar as an ideal second home for Ahmedabad based buyers, the show also aims to capitalise on the capital city's competitive real estate rates.

"Real estate rates in Gandhinagar tend to be competitive by almost 50% as compared to some of the premium locations of Ahmedabad such as Prahladnagar. This will also be highlighted during the show to attract more buyers," said Verma.
