Indiabulls Housing Finance to raise up to Rs 700 cr via NCDs

Indiabulls Housing Finance plans to raise Rs 700 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.

"The company proposes to issue up to Rs 700 crore secured non-convertible redeemable debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to up to Rs 700 crore on a private placement basis," Indiabulls Housing Finance said in a regulatory filing.

The issue will open on August 23 and close on the same day and the bonds will carry coupon rate in the range of 8.55 per cent to 8.80 per cent (payable annually and at maturity).

Earlier this week, Indiabulls Housing Finance raised Rs 800 crore by issuing non convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.

Shares of the company were trading 0.44 per cent higher at Rs 807.25 apiece on BSE.
