Ioc Exits Indo Mobil, Sells Stake To Us Partner For Rs 22 Crore

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) today terminated its 50:50 marketing joint venture with the US-based Mobil Petroleum Corporation Inc.

It also divested its entire 50 per cent stake in Indo Mobil Pvt ltd in favour of the US joint venture partner for Rs 22 crore.

In a communication to the Bombay Stock Exchange here, IOC said:
