Jignesh Shah's bail plea to be heard tomorrow

He was taken into custody on 7 May in connection with the Rs 5,600-cr NSEL scam

Jignesh Shah and Shreekant Javalgekar's bail plea application will again come up for hearing tomorrow as the public prosecutor was not present today. The defence lawyer argued today in Sessions court on behalf of the Financial Technologieschairman and former MCX CEO. So far, Shah and Javalgekar's judicial custody has been extended till 13 June.

Shah and Javalgekar were taken into custody on 7 May by the Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police in connection with the Rs 5,600 crore NSEL scam.
