Jindal Steel's Oz arm picks 13% more in Rocklands Richfield

Jindal Steel & Power (Australia) (JSPA), a step down wholly-owned subsidiary of Jindal Steel & Power, has purchased an additional 12.83% stake in Rocklands Richfield which is listed on Australian Stock Exchange.

The additional purchase has been done at a revised offer price of Australian $ 0.30 per share thereby increasing JSPA's stake to 27.29%.

JSPA has said that on-market takeover offer for all the shares in Rocklands Richfield was closed on 5 July .

On the Bombay Stock Exchange, shares of Jindal Steel & Power were trading at Rs 629.40, up 0.16% at IST 1517.
