Lalit Suri Hospitality Group announces launch of The Lalit Chandigarh
Built with an investment of Rs 240 crore ,this hotel will offer 200 rooms and is expected to be operational by 2013
The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group (enterprise of Bharat Hotels) has announced the launch of ‘The Lalit Chandigarh’.
Jyotsna Suri, Chairperson & Managing Director said the ‘The Lalit Chandigarh’ will be a luxury property and will reflect the Group’s brand ethos of ‘Traditionally Modern, Subtly Luxurious and Distinctly Lalit’.
Spread across 4 acres and The Lalit Chandigarh is located close to a new IT park development in Chandigarh. Built with an investment of Rs 240 crore ,this hotel will offer 200 rooms and is expected to be operational by 2013.

Bharat Hotels, which operates hotels under "The Lalit" brand, presently has operating properties in New Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, Srinagar, Udaipur, Khajuraho, Bekal and Jaipur, with under construction hotels, scheduled to open between 2012 to 2014 in Kolkata, Chandigarh, London, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Dehradun, Dubai and Koh Samui (Thailand).
