The central government has conferred Ludhiana-based Duke Fashions (India) Ltd with the National Quality Award 2010.
This national award was conferred to Komal Kumar Jain, chairman, Duke Fashions by the President Pratibha Devisingh Patil in New Delhi recently.
This award is given every year in the apparels category by micro, small and medium enterprise, government of India for excellence in innovation and manufacturing quality ready made garments.
Duke had also got MSME National Award for quality and entrepreneurship in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
