Utility vehicle segment leader Mahindra & Mahindra today revealed the name of a utility vehicle, which is set to be launched in the first week of next month. Christened as NuvoSport it will replace the existing Quanto with altered exterior styling.
Quanto is a sub-4 meter utility vehicle based on the Xylo platform, carrying the design and styling of the 8-seater, five door vehicle. Quanto did not meet the expectations forcing M&M to give the 7-seater a makeover.
The NuvoSport has been designed and developed in-house by the Mahindra design team, while the research and development of the vehicle has been carried out at the Mahindra Research Valley in Chennai.
The vehicle is expected to be launched with both petrol and diesel options, however details including price, will be shared at the time of launch.
