| According to a press release issued by the company, financial closure for the first project in Rajasthan between Bharatpur and Mahua, at a cost of Rs 300 crore with a 25-year concession period, has already been achieved. |

| The concession agreement for the second BOT project between Trichy and Thanjavur involving design, engineering, finance, construction, operation and maintenance at a cost of Rs 340 crore with a 20-year concession period and a positive grant of Rs 78.44 crore was signed recently, the press release said. |

| Madhucon had also received in-principle sanction from financial institutions for the project, it added. |
