Pune-based Marvel Realtors and IBM today announced the completion of phase one of a process improvement initiative at the realty company through a combination of new process design, automation and integration of processes using new technologies.
Under the two contracts signed in April and September this year, the integration will be enabled by IBM.
As the consulting partner, IBM conducted Process Diagnostics and Voice of Customer Study, whose findings were leveraged for the SAP implementation, redesigned the organisation structure, CRM processes and performance management system for Marvel Group.
