A veteran media planner, Nayyar began her career with a small New Delhi-based agency, Interpublicity. She has a track record of having worked with most major advertising agencies in the country such as Sistas, Frank Simoes, O&M and Lintas where she worked with clients such as American Express, Seagram, LG and Maruti.
The position of the media head for Mudra in New Delhi was lying vacant ever since its former media director Mona Jain quit the agency to join FCB-Ulka in August.
Earlier this month, Mudra also lost its famous creative duo, copy writer Freddy Birdy and art director Naved Akhtar who quit the agency after having worked for it for almost 10 years.
