MphasiS FY10 net up 20% at Rs 1,091 cr

IT company MphasiS today said its consolidated net profit rose by 20 per cent to Rs 1,090.75 crore for the year ended October 31, 2010, over the same period last year.

Revenues rose to Rs 5,036.52 crore during the year ended October 31, against Rs 4,263.88 crore in the same period last year.

Total staff costs for the year ended October 31 was Rs 2,45,902.

On a standalone basis, the company has reported a net profit of Rs 996.88 crore, up 19 per cent over the same period last year.

The board of directors of the company proposed a final dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year ended October 31, 2010.

Shares of MphasiS today closed at Rs 566.55 on the BSE, up 0.96 per cent from the previous close.
