Customers will be able to choose from their favourite Disney stories, or their favourite Disney characters, and design their rooms and spaces accordingly, Supertech Chairman and Managing Director R K Arora said.
The project is spread over 7.5 acres, and will have a 1,000 apartments of 1,000-2,125 sq ft. The price starts at Rs 3,300 a sq ft.
Supertech will pay a one-time fee to Disney for this tie-up. The project is expected to be completed in the next three-3.5 years.
Also, Golf Country, a 100-acre township, will have plots, villas, a golf course and other facilities, such as school and hospital.
Disney home products include furniture, bedding, tableware, kitchenware, fans, paints and bath accessories. The project will also have Disney-inspired recreational areas such as a children’s club, with a themed swimming pool and play zone, among others, the Disney UTV’s managing director, consumer products, retail and publishing, Roshini Bakshi, said.
For Disney, this is its third project in India. Earlier, they had partnered Sunteck in Mumbai and Team Taurus in Kolkata to offer theme-based homes.
Last month, Supertech had announced a tie-up with Armani for the interior designing of 100 super-luxury residences in its Supernova project at Noida, to be sold through invitation.
Supertech has 70 million sq ft across 34 projects under construction currently.
Of this, 20 million sq ft will be completed and delivered this year. The company mainly has projects in Delhi, NCR and Meerut, Moradabad, Haridwar and Rudrapur. The north-based realtor is also in talks with global retail firms IKEA, Walmart and Metro Cash and Carry to give them space in their coming projects at Yamuna Expressway.
