Nova Medical plans to set up 25 centres

On Thursday, it inaugurated its 12th Nova Specialty Surgery facility in the country at Chennai

Nova Medical Centers is planning to invest Rs 200-250 crore to expand its two arms - Nova Specialty Surgery, which offers short stay surgery, and Nova IVI Fertility, said Suresh Soni, its chairman and CEO.

The company is looking at setting up 25 centres in both the segments in the next two years. On Thursday, it inaugurated its 12th Nova Specialty Surgery facility in the country at Chennai.

It had raised Rs 300 crore from Goldman Sachs and US-based private equity player NEA.
