 "Orchid Pharma posts net loss at Rs 47.6 crore")
Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals reported a standalone net loss of Rs 47.56 crore for the quarter ended June, against net loss of Rs 60.1 crore for the corresponding period in the previous financial year. Total operating income of the company was Rs 256.33 crore, compared with Rs 285 crore.
Managing Director K Raghavendra Rao said with the corporate debt restructuring implementation in place and on account of the recent product approvals from the US Food and Drug Administration, the company is gearing up its operations and expect volume growth in regulated markets in the quarters to come.
