The 14th additional chief metropolitan magistrate today reserved the orders on a petition filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) seeking custody of the accused in the Satyam scam for March 9.
The accused in the Rs 7,800-crore Satyam financial scam include its founder B Ramalinga Raju, his brother and former managing director Rama Raju, former chief financial officer Srinivas Vadlamani and Price Waterhouse auditors S Gopalakrishnan and Srinivas Talluri.
The court has also reserved the orders on a bail plea of the PW auditors for March 9.
