Swedish direct selling company Oriflame today expanded its footprint in North India by opening its Lucknow office.

Oriflame India Managing Director Fredrik Widell said the company planned to triple its sales in India in the next four years.

“Our business in India continues to grow and we have largely been unaffected by the recent economic slowdown,” he added. Oriflame already has offices in the metros, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Ahmedabad, Pune, Indore and Ludhiana.

Asia contributes roughly 6 per cent of the annual 1.3 billion euros turnover of Nordic Stock Exchange-listed Oriflame.
