Panigrahi takes charge as MCL director
Panigrahi would be heaading around 23,000 workforce of MCL engaged in coal production
Before this assignment, Panigrahi was executive director in-charge (human resource development & administration) of National Aluminum Company Limited (Nalco).
An honorary chairman of the Indian Institute of Personnel Management (Utkal chapter) and alumni of Utkal University, Panigrahi is a Master of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and a law graduate and has 30 years of experience in the industry. Panigrahi would be heaading around 23,000 workforce of MCL engaged in coal production.
