Patni Computer allots ADR-linked shares to employees

The Compensation & Remuneration Committee of directors of technology company Patni Computer Systems has allotted 27,675 equity shares of par value of Rs 2 each to certain employees.

These include 1,750 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs 2 each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 875 American Depository Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options, the company said in a regulatory filing.
