PBEL to invest Rs 1,500 cr in Chennai realty project

The company has so far invested close to Rs 250 cr in Chennai

PBEL Property Development India Private Ltd, a joint venture between Israeli real estate firms PBC and Electra Real Estate Ltd and Hyderabad-based Incor Infrastructure, has announced the launch of PBEL City Chennai, an integrated  township project in Chennai.

The real estate company through this project  intends to invest around Rs 1,500 crore in multiple phases over the coming 2-3 years. The company has so far invested close to Rs 250 crore in Chennai.
