Pentasoft To Hive Off Education Wing Into Arm

Pentasoft Technologies, the Chennai-based software and education training company, has decided to hive off its education and training division into a wholly owned subsidiary, Tekis Education Ltd.

V Chandrasekaran, chairman, Pentasoft, said a strategic investor would be roped in at a later stage in Tekis.
