Pidilite Industries Ltd has allotted 400 Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (Bonds) of USD 100,000 each aggregating to $40 million, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
Pidilite's Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (Share Allotment) Committee at its meeting held on September 13, 2012 has, in accordance with the terms of issue of the said bonds, allotted 78,026 equity shares to the investor who has exercised its right to convert, into equity shares, the two bonds of US $ 100,000 each.
There are 331 bonds aggregating US $ 33.1 million outstanding, as on date.
